The Haskell Women's Basketball team, led by seniors Kayla Davis, Nataska Rouse, and Lois Stevens chipped away at a McPherson lead to take the Indians on to a 72 to 66 victory. 

Davis posted 23 points on 7 of 12 shooting from the field, and 10 of 16 from the line.  Rouse finished the game with 15 points on 6 of 11 shooting.  Rouse led the Indians with 10 rebounds.  Rouse was also perfect from the line shooting 4 of 4.  Rounding out the attack was Stevens on 2 of 7 shooting from the field, and 5 of 6 from the free throw line.  Stevens also grabbed 8 rebounds.

The win brings the Indians record to 1-2.  The Indians will hit the road this weekend as they compete in the Bacone College Basketball Classic in Muskogee, OK.
