The countdown is on for Haskell's very own Ryan Alden.  Alden from Walla Walla, Washington completed his senior season for the Indians in the fall of 2011.  In a few short days, Alden will compete in his first professional football game.   

Alden's new team ....

On May 19th, Alden will embark on his professional season with the Regensbug Phoenix in Regensburg, Germany as the Phoenix take on the Argonauts from Starnberg.  Alden a 6'3 quarterback is a member of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians of Oregon.  During Alden's collegiate career he threw for over 5201 yards. 

Alden is the first Haskell Indian as a NAIA athlete to compete abroad.
