Brady Fairbanks (Bena, Minn.) earns the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference Newcomer of the Year, First Team All-Conference, and is a conference nominee for NAIA All-America.   

In the 2011-2012 season, Fairbanks posted 20.89 points, 7.15 rebounds, and 1.35 steals per game.  In the points category, Fairbanks led the conference, and is 8th in the nation in points per game.  Fairbanks has a total of 6 national rankings, including a 14th spot in defensive rebounds per game, and a 17th spot in 3-pt field goals made per game. 

In two games this season Fairbanks scored over 40 points, 43 against Central Christian and 41 points against Central Baptist.   Fairbanks also posted five double-doubles, and earned three conference Player of the Week honors.
